We are subletting our spacious, top-floor apartment in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris, France during the winter holidays.
The fully furnished flat is accessible with an elevator. It includes an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower, and a double bedroom. WiFi and other amenities are included in the price.
The flat is perfect for a couple, and it can fit up to 4 people.
The closest metros are:
- Boulogne Jean Jaures Station (6 minutes walk) - the metro takes you directly to the "rive gauche" area of Paris under 25 minutes
- Marcel Sembat (8 minutes walk) - takes you to the "rive droite" area of Paris directly
About us: We are a young professional international couple looking to sublet our flat, ideally to a couple or a small group of friends. We are looking for someone respectful who will take good care of our lovely home while we are away. Important: this is not an airbnb, the flat will have some of pictures and photos on our wall, books, etc.
About This Lister
We are Zsofi and Adam, and we have been living in this beautiful flat for 2,5 years.
Zsofi is a feminist magazine editor, while Adam is an environmental activist.

Rental requirements
We would like to receive a little written introduction from you detailing where you're from, what you do in life, and why you're coming to Paris. Then, we would arrange a short video call to discuss the details before agreeing on the exact terms.
Your booking will be complete when you pay the first installment of the price (50% of the final price), which is non-refundable.
Please note that there's also a 120EUR cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
