*sublet or lease takeover*

My 1br in Bed Stuy is the coziest. Updated kitchen and bathroom, huge windows and roof access - great for the summer. Located on Bedford Ave with windows overlooking trees and quiet backyards. You won’t be kept up by the street noise, but you’re still just 2 blocks from the Bedford/Nostrand G stop and steps away from tons of restaurants, bars, parks, and delis.

The apartment is available for lease takeover, in which case all furniture would be gone, utilities would transfer to your name, and the rent would be a bit cheaper. For sublet, the apartment will remain fully furnished. I will be traveling for a while so some books, clothes, toiletries etc will be coming with me. Otherwise, everything stays and is available to the tenant to use. A/C and utilities are included. Slight wiggle room with in/out dates. Shoot me an email and we can discuss!
