I have undertaken and overseen dozens of home improvements including large renovation projects. From this experience, I know some of the best ways to save money -- while keeping quality high -- on materials such as tile, light fixtures, replacement windows, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, etc.

I also know how to find items & materials that both will last longer and are more stylish than what the big box stores carry -- often for the same or nearly the same price point.

I will soon be charging $50 per hour, but as I'm just starting my business, for a limited time I'm offering my services for the lower rate of $25 per hour.

I live in central Connecticut but can work with people both in person or remotely. I'm available to work on projects being undertaken anywhere in the U.S.

Background and Expertise

I've renovated a NYC brownstone/townhouse, including its garden apartment rental, a 1903 Connecticut Victorian, a small cottage, two modern condos, and a lake house. These renovations have included general living spaces as well as kitchens and bathrooms.
