Looking for a long term stay, my price is around ~$1600 or less. I don’t have a particular space preference as long as it’s nice. I did hear Astoria, Ridgewood, and Forest Hills are very nice though

I don’t need every amenity but WiFi is necessary. I do have a car, so a garage would be nice but I imagine those are very hard to come by.

I would prefer a friendly neighborhood with stuff close by, especially if there’s food or groceries nearby. Subway access would be nice too.

I keep my space clean because it’s the place I come back home to.

I'm fine with a place for myself or with a roommate. Any kind of roommate is fine as long as we’re able to respect each other’s boundaries and communicate.

I'm Benjamin (22M, he/him), but my friends call me Don. My goal is to move closer to my job; I'm a very stable NYC-based union engineer.
