Recruiters spend fewer than 20 seconds reading a resume, so make that time count. My process will highlight your qualifications and use keywords specific to your industry in order to create a compelling resume, LinkedIn profile, or cover letter that gets you noticed. I offer:

• Phone consultations: You want to work on your resume, LinkedIn, or cover letter yourself but need some guidance to get started.

• Editing: You have a resume or LinkedIn profile that’s 1-2 years out of date or perhaps is just missing your current job.

• Writing: You either don’t have an existing resume/LinkedIn/cover letter or the one you do have is so old, you can’t really use it anymore.

All services include a phone interview to talk about you—what you’re looking for during your job search, your accomplishments, and your career journey. This will deliver the best product possible for your job search.

About this Lister

I'm Adina and I've worked with resume clients since 2018. I'm a former freelance journalist from Atlanta, Georgia. I now live in Mexico City and work remotely with clients across the US.

I've served people in fields including business, management, education, journalism and media, product development, and sales. I also specialize in resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters for freelancers.

My journalism work appeared in publications including the Washington Post, U.S. News & World Report, CityLab, and National Geographic. Before that I worked as an editor for business-to-business magazines in the logistics and hospitality industries. I also spent time at UPS as a content strategist, where I wrote and edited copy for the company’s customer-facing website in 135 countries.

Background and Expertise

• Been working with clients on their resumes and other career materials since 2018
• Worked as journalist for 15 years until 2024, including running a freelance business and working staff editor jobs for business-to-business publications
• Trained expert in researching, interviewing people, and addressing the needs of an audience
• Completed introductory professional coaching class in 2024 with the Co-Active Training Institute (accredited by the International Coaching Federation)
