Hi! We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, or Flatbush (preferably Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Ditmas Park, or Prospect Park South) with a 10/1 move-in date. For a 2 bedroom, we're looking to pay ~$3200/month, for a 3 bedroom, ~$3500-$4200/month.

We're looking for somewhere where we can remain as long-term tenants. We both have steady employment and strong credit. We also have a landlord reference, and are only moving because our landlord is moving back into our current apartment. We don’t have any pets, but may be interested in a cat in the future.
