Seeking Part-Time Nanny

We are searching for a part-time nanny for our 3- and 5-year-olds. Ideally, we want someone with relative flexibility, if you are interested in all or even some of the below details please reach out!
Looking for someone who could come on Monday afternoon to help with bus pick up and dance drop off (let’s say 3:30 – 7 PM). We would also want to have 2 – 3 evenings a week when the person could be there from 5 PM until around 10 or 11 PM when we're out. Optionally could pick up some weekends when our weekend nanny is off and could also sub in for our full-time nanny if she is sick, etc. Optionally, might also stay over on weekends if we go away.
We will also need someone next summer for weekends in NYC and NJ and to spend time extended time with us in NJ (living there for 2 - 3 weeks). This could be the same person as during the year or a second person.
Who is the person?
-Needs to be paid on the books
-energetic and interacting with the kids
-ideally would speak another language fluently (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin all would be a plus)
-summer nanny would ideally swim and drive but it’s not a deal breaker
