About you: A woman in her late 20s/30s who’s a full-time working professional. In order to sign onto the lease, you’ll need to show proof of income to management.
I’d love someone friendly and easygoing who’s open to the occasional roomie hangout and wants to ensure our apartment's a peaceful, relaxing place to come home to. Also, my roommate is taking most of the furniture, so the whole place will be semi-unfurnished, and you’re welcome to bring any furniture you have. No pets, sorry.
If you’ve read all the way here, thank you! Please message if interested and tell me about yourself.
I’m a 29-year-old writer and editor (she/her), currently freelance but previously worked at news magazines. I love trying new cafes and restaurants and going to readings. Love to chat about books, movies, trashy (and not trashy) TV. I also occasionally dog walk for neighbors.
I live in the smaller bedroom and use the hallway bathroom as mine, and my share of the rent is $2050. I’m a low-key, quiet roommate who's usually out of the apartment on weekends and several weeknights. Sometimes I have friends over for dinner or small hangs, but I haven’t hosted overnight guests or parties inside the apt. I don’t really cook and generally stay tidy, so I tend to do dishes no later than a day. But life gets crazy on occasion so I’m not a huge stickler about this.
